Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Visidaily (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Visidaily provides automated visual regression monitoring. We capture screenshots of web pages you specify, compare them to stored baselines, and notify you when differences exceed your configured threshold.

The Service is provided as-is. While we work to ensure availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee that every screenshot will render identically to a human-viewed browser session, or that all visual changes will be detected.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@visidaily.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Visidaily to:

• Monitor websites or pages you do not have permission to access or monitor
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from third-party sites in ways that violate their terms of service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or interfere with any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Generate excessive load on our infrastructure through abuse of on-demand runs or the API

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Plans, billing and trials

A free plan is available with no time limit. No credit card is required. Paid plans (Starter, Pro) are available on a monthly subscription.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We use a third-party payment processor to handle all billing. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Data and screenshots

Screenshots taken by the Service are stored and retained for 14 days from the date of capture, after which they are permanently deleted. You can delete individual checks or entire sites at any time from the dashboard.

You retain ownership of any content your monitored pages contain. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to capture, store and process screenshots of those pages solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Intellectual property

Visidaily, its logo, and all software, designs, and documentation are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Visidaily and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or through the dashboard at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
