Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident trying Visidaily. Here is how refunds and cancellations work.
Free plan
Visidaily offers a free plan with no time limit. No credit card is required. You will never be charged for the free plan.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription ends at the close of your current billing period
- You retain full access until that date
- No further charges are made after that date
- Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted
We do not charge cancellation fees.
Refunds
If you are charged in error, or if the Service experiences a significant outage (more than 24 hours of cumulative downtime in a billing month), contact us within 14 days and we will issue a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
We do not offer refunds for partial months or for cases where the Service was available but not used.
If you believe your situation warrants an exception, email us at billing@visidaily.com and we will look at it on a case-by-case basis. We are reasonable people.
Disputed charges
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first. Chargebacks carry fees and take weeks to resolve. We will almost always resolve a legitimate billing dispute faster by email.
